Job Title: Service Engineer

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our products and equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and test products and equipment at customer sites

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance

- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues using specialized tools and techniques

- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues

- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions

- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- 2+ years of experience in a similar service engineering role

- Strong technical knowledge of [specific products or technologies]

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
