Experience - 6 Months In Field Sales
Responsibilities
Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
Travel within the city to develop the market and foster relationships with merchants
Key Requirements
Experience: 6 Months in field sales, outlet onboarding (Direct Sales/B2C/Merchant Acquisition).
Onboarding Expertise: Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
