Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reports To: Sales Manager


Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and present our company's products or services as solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. 
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Proven track record of success in field sales or a related role. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. 
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
