About The Opportunity
We are actively seeking an exceptional field marketer with an entrepreneurial mindset to enhance awareness of Wind River’s software and tools across various industries and drive the acceleration of our market growth in Asia Pacific (APAC). Working closely with the regional sales teams, you will develop high-impact marketing plans and execute marketing campaigns and events to support the APAC regional business objectives and revenue targets. You will set the bar for operational excellence and measurement discipline. Primary Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with regional sales, product, and industry marketing to tailor marketing plans to the specific needs of customers and partners in the various markets within the Asia Pacific region. Adapt, execute, and track lead-generation campaigns in APAC: Campaign scoping, goals, account prioritization Campaign and content selection and localization Sales training on the campaigns Pipeline feeding and monitoring Campaign performance evaluation and feedback loop to marketing Set, analyze, and monitor critical regional marketing KPIs, utilizing analytics tools such as Salesforce.com and Marketo to track and optimize campaign performance. Maintain a regional scorecard for marketing activities and their influence on the pipeline. Communicate all campaign plans, program results, activities, and feedback internally through regular communication and follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with sales, marketing, and vendors. Execute the event strategy for the APAC region:
Experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including demand generation, event planning and execution, performance tracking, and communication.

Primary Responsibilities
- Repurposing and adapting content and materials, as much as possible, from corporate, product, or industry marketing. Collaborating with APAC sales and SMEs to adjust the content for local needs in key countries such as Singapore, India, Australia, etc.
- Managing end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, budget tracking, promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
- Driving attendance and lead generation through targeted outreach, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in field marketing.
- Build a media plan and amplify the communication and awareness strategy through
- Media buys within target budgets
- Social media
- PR
- Website update and optimization
- 10+ years of experience in regional marketing for a global B2B product company
Experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines, including demand generation, event planning and execution, performance tracking, and communication.
- Excellent team player
- Salesforce.com proficiency.
- Experience working in a regional team as part of a global organization and collaborating across geographies.
- Collaborative in approach, empathetic in nature, and steadfast in intention.
- Appetite for a fast-paced environment and desire to constantly reassess and optimize.
- Excellent written and oral communication, a keen visual sense, attention to detail.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust quickly to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives. Ability to simplify is key!
