About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in tech hiring. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in product-based companies, and will be adept at managing multiple stakeholders, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles and Non-IT roles
  • Understand the hiring needs by collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders, including team leads and hiring managers.
  • Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
  • Craft and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to drive high-quality applications.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Maintain and track metrics related to hiring pipeline, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Build and maintain a robust tech talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and job platforms.
  • Manage ATS and recruitment systems to maintain candidate data and pipeline visibility.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of proven experience in tech recruitment, preferably in a product-based or startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and hiring for software product teams.
  • Hands-on experience in stakeholder management – managing hiring managers, product leaders, and HR heads.
  • Excellent sourcing skills with knowledge of Boolean search and other sourcing techniques.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
