Position Summary

Position for Facility Administrator

Work You’ll Do

• Monitor & Coordinate for Estate Management includes House Keeping work with housekeeping team & also ensuring smooth operation during day-to-day work in upkeeping / maintaining company facilities, infrastructure & service.
• Monitoring Security services, conducting Gemba Meeting, Visitor management system (VMS). support to Security in case of any problem.
• Manage and monitor Car booking, Hotel booking for Guest & Employees.
• Guest & Employee Hospitality includes Lunch Arrangements for Guests and customers. pick-up, Food service arrangements & till processing of bill to Accounts dept.
• Canteen Management includes Monitor Day to day canteen operations, coordination, Monthly meeting and managing monthly canteen billing.
• Festival & Employee Engagement Programs. Should Coordinate & Execute various Engagement Programs & festival / event celebration.
• In staff welfare, should Coordinate & execute for Employees Uniform / Shoes starting from budgetary Approvals to distribution to employees, Including sending to Regional offices, till Billing processing in accounts.
• Telephone Expenses and manage mobile connection & billing to company and employes.
• Monthly Billing of various agencies involved in facility administration activities.
• Local Liaison with VIA / AMC / GIDC as and when required

He will be part of maintenance team and responsible for Facility Administration

Basic Qualifications

Graduate in any Discipline.

Experience

10 to 15 Years in Same Domain.
