Department: Technology Consulting, D&A Title: Full Stack AI Architect (GenAI/AI Insurance)

Position: Full Time Educational qualification: BTech/Masters/PhD

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer with 10–15 years of professional experience, including 4–6 years in building AI-powered applications and full stack architect experience. The ideal candidate should have full stack development, AI/ML technologies, and delivering scalable, intelligent solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing AI-infused web applications and platforms that leverage modern cloud and GenAI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop full stack applications integrating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities.
• Build scalable, secure, and responsive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Develop robust back-end services and APIs using Python, Node.js, or Java, with integration to AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to embed models into production-grade applications.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Integrate LLMs and generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI, Gemini) into user-facing applications.
• Ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform.
• Optimize application performance and scalability across cloud-native environments.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth2, JWT, and role-based access.
• Stay current with emerging AI trends and full stack technologies to drive innovation.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in full stack development, with 4–6 years in AI/ML integration.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular).
• Expertise in back-end development using Python (Flask/Django), Node.js, or Java.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models via REST APIs, WebSockets, or serverless functions.
• Familiarity with GenAI platforms: OpenAI (Azure), AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps/LLMOps workflows and tools (MLFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of cloud services and architecture (Azure App Services, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run).
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage end to end project delivery- scoping, solutioning, designing, developing, testing, deploying or maintaining.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled web applications.s
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, architecture, and timelines.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and usability standards.
• Present technical solutions and prototypes to clients and senior stakeholders.
