What you become a part of:
To support increased warehouse throughput and ensure timely execution of inbound and outbound activities. This will help maintain process timelines, avoid vehicle detention, and ensure smooth warehouse functioning.

To support increased warehouse throughput and ensure timely execution of inbound and outbound activities. This will help maintain process timelines, avoid vehicle detention, and ensure smooth warehouse functioning.
What to expect:
- Document scrutiny and distribution for incoming receipts
- Updation of related files
- Preparation of Stock Identification Tags for unloading goods
- To conduct 100% Physical verification of all the incoming receipts.
- Communication to all concerned for damaged good received, follow-up for replacement and accounting of the same.
- Ensuring on time GRN preparation in SAP for all the unloaded goods after the scanning is done.
- Timely Updation of warehouse records as per defined frequency
- To carry out periodical physical verification of stocks and completion of reconciliation within the timelines defined in SOP.
- SAP activity related to shipments.
- Container stuffing supervision ensuring outbound scanning as per defined process in SOP and maintaining records there of
- Conducting SOP training as per training calendar.
- M IS reporting.
- Key Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skill
- Good Team person
- Good at Time management
- Process orientated
- Qualification: BSC/BCOM
- Experience: 3-5 Years in pharma warehouse
- Job Specific Skills: Good knowledge of MS office, any ERP software
- Other desirable Skills: Knowledge of WMS
