- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Assist with room preparation, including delivering linens, towels and amenities.
- Ensure exceptional guest experience through attentive and efficient service.
- Restock supplies, amenities, and linens.
- Report maintenance issues and damages.
- Previous hotel housekeeping/service experience preferred.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
