Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with customers.

This is a full-time position with an employment type of 'Full-Time'.

Candidate Should Have Field Experience Preferably In FMCG Products.

Candidate to deal with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, Hotels and Restaurants, catering food industry on a daily basis.

Taking care of retail sales preferable Foil and Tissue industry. (Business Development Executive).

Qualifications And Skills

2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing in the FMCG industry, Min 10+2, Graduate preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to promote and sell FMCG products within the assigned territory.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, while maintaining existing customer base

Provide product demonstrations and training to Major Hospitals & Healthcare Institutions

Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management team.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and forecasts.

  • Identifying sales prospects: Actively searching for new business opportunities in their assigned area
  • Following up on leads: Generating business from referrals and new leads
  • Achieving sales targets: Meeting monthly sales goals for products and services
  • Cross-selling: Selling assets and fee products
  • Recommending improvements: Suggesting ways to improve current sales strategies
  • Informing customers: Keeping potential and existing customers informed about company promotions
  • Preparing reports: Creating accurate sales and expense reports
  • Staying up-to-date: Keeping informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments
  • Networking: Attending trade shows and networking events to build relationships and generate leads
