Role Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing talent acquisition plans, sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates, and building a strong talent pipeline for our Research and Development group.
Overall Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes within defined TAT, while ensuring a positive experience for candidates & the stakeholders
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through job portals, LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
- Develop and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to Company’s Code of Conduct and ethical standards and remain compliant with relevant regulations
- Leverage technology and automation solutions to deliver superior experience and process visibility for all stakeholders.
- Promote internal hiring by effective deployment of internal job postings, thereby enhancing build to buy ratio for the organization across leadership positions globally.
- Periodic review of external talent to ensure ready and updated market mapping of talent for critical roles across Glenmark’s businesses.
Experience: Prior experience in talent acquisition with an overall industry experience of 5+ years
Knowledge And Skills
- Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or other manufacturing / highly regulated industries will be preferred.
- Able to build relationships with outside constituencies, including global search firms, academic institutes and company alumni.
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural sensitivity to work with global stakeholders
- Experience of using Recruitment Management Systems
