Description

The Worldwide Consumer organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization building the newest ultrafast businesses for Amazon.

This role will support a couple of Directors in WHS across IN and AMET and business partnerships across the operations and consumer network.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning, and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities

Coordination of global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings. Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings including the preparation of the documentation. Organization and prioritization of appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information, ensuring the action required is addressed in a timely manner. Assisting with a wide variety of day to day administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors, such as handling expenses. Assistance with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events). Catering and supply orders

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars
