Job Description
- Custodian of finance for 3PL (Contracts, surges, base pay) and overall CPD alignment
- Verifying invoices shared from 3PL
Taxation clauses
Incentive payouts
- Coordinate with the Finance Automation team to enhance the reporting requirements through system automation.
- Uploading on finly / oracle and following up on payments process as per DOA
- Recon with 3PL partners and finance team for quarterly/yearly closures
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others.
- Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.
- Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to working in ambiguous situations.
- Strong knowledge of MS excel.
