Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, oversee day-to-day accounting operations, and support internal reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or trading environment and must be proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Record all transactions and maintain ledgers
• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payments
• Support month-end and year-end closings, including financial statements
• Generate internal reports and assist with budgeting and forecasts

2. Inventory & Costing:

• Maintain labour accounts and inventory stock on excel
• Maintain accurate records of raw material and finished goods inventory
• Support product costing and track material consumption
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for stock and billing accuracy

3. Reporting & Support:

• Track receivables, follow up on dues, and manage vendor payments
• Prepare financial summaries for monthly and annual review

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in a jewellery, manufacturing, or trading company preferred
• Strong knowledge of Excel and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of mathematics and accounting principles to ensure accurate calculations and reporting.
• Attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
• Good communication and coordination skills
