Job Title: Talent Recruiter Intern

Location: Remote / Jaipur (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR rounds of interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and follow up with shortlisted profiles
• Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Learn and use ATS tools and recruitment platforms

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed graduation in HR / Management / Psychology or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic about learning recruitment processes and tools
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Self-driven, organized, and responsible

• Maintain CRM and support reporting on sales performance
• Participate in brainstorming for growth strategies

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completing a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
