Responsibilities

• Recording Transactions in day registers and Tally software.
• Review sanction and approvals of expenses against policies and SOP's.
• Ensure accurate and on-time maintenance of filing records.
• Assist in preparation of statutory reports from books of accounts. Support the statutory compliance function.
• Assist in preparation of periodic reports to management. Collating data from books of accounts and sharing with auditors.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and cost centre records.
• Assist the finance and accounts function in other matters.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

Education: B.Com/M/Com, CA/CA - Inter

Experience: Minimum of 0 - 2 year of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Knowledge of taxation
• Exposure to Tally ERP9
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills. Should be very fluent in English and Hindi
• Ability to effectively prioritise, delegate, and manage timelines
• Take complete ownership of client issue until resolved involving multiple inbound & outbound communications — owns the issue and engages / collaborates across teams to get the issue resolved
• Very Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office
• Show a technical logical thought process and problem solving ability
