JOB DESCRIPTION: -

We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on the financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly daily and long-term.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
