- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics
- Manage event budgets and track expenses
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules
- Prepare and distribute event materials, such as presentations and reports
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup and coordination of staff
- Assist in post-event evaluations and analysis to determine areas for improvement
