- Candidate must have proper experience in protective painting & core knowledge Blasting & Painting process
- He must be Certified in NACE level 1 or 2
- He must be able to Interpret Customer Specification & prepare procedure for customer submission for Blasting / Painting / Pickling & passivation process
- He must have Basic Material health and safety data sheets knowledge
- Core knowledge of products & their Product data sheet expected
- He shall have knowledge on Paint failures to perform analysis if required in future.
- It is must to have core knowledge on Blasting & Paint inspection (theoretical).
- It is must that candidate can perform Blasting & Paint inspection (Practical) on job.
- good communication
- good planning and coordination skills
- good knowledge on excel, powerpoint, etc.
