Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment in the solar PV module manufacturing unit.
- Perform routine inspections to identify and address issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
- Track and complete maintenance schedules on time.
- Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report major issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols during maintenance tasks.
- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in renewable energy.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
