EHV Substation Engineer: Electrical Engineer (B.E/B. Tech), with Substation design experience
Desired Experience
Candidate must have hands-on design experience working with 220kV and above AIS/GIS Substations design engineering.
Primary Engineering - Preparation of Indoor/Outdoor Substation Layouts, SLDs, Equipment Sizing Calculations, Conductor SAG Tension, SCF calculation, earthing & lightning protection design calculation etc. Preparation of specification and technical bid evaluation report.
Secondary Engineering – Shall be able to develop / review Protection and Control design, Substation Automation system, Telecommunication System, associated Grid/ Load Dispatch center requirement, Interconnection Control Cable Schedule, Protection Relay setting calculation, Insulation Co-ordination Study.
Experience of working on International Middle East project and Local country standards/practice shall be an added advantage.
Shall have effective Communication skills and should be able to collaborate with team.
Knowledge of Standards
Candidate should be well versed with Indian and International codes and standards (IS/IEC/IEEE etc.)
