- Oversee the execution of project tasks, ensuring that technical and application consulting teams adhere to the established plan.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, teams, and clients to align expectations and resolve challenges.
- Drive adherence to project management best practices, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
- Project Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Performance Management: Ability to apply project management expertise to drive successful execution.
- Leadership & Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to guide teams while balancing project constraints.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
