Take instructions from the Lead Engineer.
Make use of all relevant software available such that the work carried out is cost effective and as per timelines.
Perform in accordance with the relevant Discipline procedures, company procedures and codes and standards.
Maintain the Project files in accordance with QMS procedures & Engineering Execution Plan such that they can be easily used by others in his absence.
Ensure all engineering documents are concise and to the point.
Liaise with Lead Engineer on commercial matters before taking actions.
Ensure SDC & IDC reviews are performed in accordance with quality procedures.
Interdiscipline coordination, Coordinate with Client and Vendors if required.
Must ensure that technical data is adequate for vendor to supply suitable equipment.
Implement various statutory requirements and standards.
Prepare specifications, data sheets, calculations, schedules and reports.
Prepare single line diagrams, interconnection diagrams, block diagrams and schematic diagrams.
Prepare requisitions and technical bid evaluations
To check various vendor drawing, layout drawings, detail drawings and MTOs
To participate in various reviews, if required.
To be familiar with the testing and inspection requirements.
To guide drafting team
Maintain master copy of all discipline deliverables.
