  • Calculateventilation requirements
  • SelectionandsizingofHVACequipmentlikeChillers,AirHandlingUnits,Pumps,Fans etc.
  • Fanstaticpressurecalculations&Pumphead calculations
  • AbletoperformChilledWaterpipesizing,VRFsystems&associated piping.
  • Abletotakethebillofquantitiesasperthedrawingspertainingto HVAC
  • AssistthecadpersontopreparethedrawingsstartingfromconcepttoGoodfor Construction
  • Basicknowledgeinthecostingis appreciated
  • Co-ordinateandcollaboratewithotherdisciplinesfortheHVAC requirements.
  • Co-ordinatewithrelatedsub-contractors, Vendors.
  • ReviewofTechnicaldatasheets,GAdrawingsofHVAC equipment’s
  • FollowASHRAE,ISHRAEbuilding codes

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’sdegreeplusexperienceintheHVACengineering industry
  • Abilitytoworkbothindependentlyandaspartofa team
  • Punctualandabletomeet deadlines
  • Excellentoralandwrittencommunication skills
  • ExperiencewithAutoCAD,HourlyAnalysisProgram (HAP)
  • ShouldhavecompleteknowledgeofMS-Office,MS- Excel

Preferred

  • Experiencewith3DModelingsoftware– Revit
