E-Commerce Associate For Amazon And Flipkart in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
• Ensure accurate and timely listing of new products, including content creation, images, and specifications
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts
• Develop and execute strategies to boost sales, including promotions, ads, and competitive pricing
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and search ranking
• Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute marketplace-specific ad campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads)
• Track ROI, CPC, and other metrics to refine campaign effectiveness
• Monitor reviews and ratings, addressing customer concerns promptly to maintain high seller ratings
• Resolve escalations related to orders, returns, and other customer issues professionally
• Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines to avoid penalties or account suspension
• Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field/engineering degree
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
• Proficiency in tools like Seller Central (Amazon), Seller Hub (Flipkart), and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with SEO and marketplace ad platforms.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
