Job Description
We are looking for a Part-Time Problem-Solving Tutor who specializes in competitive programming and algorithmic problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have experience in solving problems on platforms like LeetCode, CodeChef, and Codeforces and should be capable of guiding college and university-level students to improve their problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students to enhance their DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) skills.
Provide guidance on solving problems from LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, and other coding platforms.
Teach essential problem-solving techniques, optimization strategies, and algorithmic thinking.
Help students prepare for coding interviews, competitive programming contests, and technical assessments.
Use interactive tools and online whiteboards to explain concepts effectively.
Adapt teaching methods based on the student’s level and progress.
Provide feedback and track student performance.
Requirements
Experience: 2-10 years in problem-solving and coding (fresher with strong skills can also apply).
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and problem-solving techniques.
Strong experience in competitive programming and coding platforms like LeetCode, CodeChef, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.
Laptop & Stable Wi-Fi connection (mandatory).
Familiarity with teaching tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, online compilers, and code-sharing platforms.
Ability to teach in a structured and engaging manner.
Must be committed and serious about the job.
Salary
₹400-₹500 per hour (Fixed, non-negotiable).
Payment will be made based on completed sessions.
