Location : Guwahati

Overall strategy and management for Quality, regulatory, social oversight for Guwahati site operations.

Provide leadership and direction to ensure achievement of all accountabilities for overall site.

Leading a site operation for deliverance of existing and new product requirement as per predefined Time line, Quantity, Quality and compliance requirement in efficient manner in line with international benchmark of operation.

Take end to end responsibility in terms of plant level activity.

Ensure that all information flow within and between functional area of activity in Plant, and outside Plant in coordinated and productive manner for achieving desired outcome.

Ensure operational strategies for quality and compliance requirement are met with complete transparency and all time readiness for any inspection.

Ensure that all relevant decisions are taken on time, resources are mobilized and made physically available.

Plan and facilitate initiation of manufacturing activity.

Design and execute continuous improvements in site to enhance compliance, and monitor progress using appropriate tools.

Organize capacity planning and identification of new technology.

Gain complete visibility and understanding of all activity involved from planning to deliverance.

Facilitate equipment and other hard ware procurement.

Approving sign authority for Review and report deviations, other quality documents, investigate delays, disseminate key learning.

Anticipate hurdles, road blocks, interpret failures, raise flags on time.

Organize inter functional and departmental interaction for problem solving.

Steer decision based on data, fact and priority, and magnitude of opportunity.

Review all MIS related to operational efficiency, productivity and service level and cost.

Plant and coordinate with Project and Engineering team for implementation of facility improvement and new equipment installation.

Shall delegate authority to deputies with satisfactory level of qualification and experience.

Review and appraise performance on defined key performance parameter and get involved in technical training, mentoring and development key technical personnel and manage organizational development.

Responsible for ensuring smooth collaboration with all Sun Pharma sites and leveraging synergies.

Performs all work in support of our Corporate Value of pride- Humility, Integrity, Passion, Innovation and with accountability and diligence. Perform all work in accordance with all established regulatory and compliance and EHS requirements.

To ensure GMP compliance, EHS awareness, discipline on shop floor.

To ensure monthly target completion of OSD and fulfill the market demand and ensure zero sale loss.

To ensure proper utilization of manpower on shop floor.

To ensure completion of training of subordinates in LMS.

To ensure reduction in market complaint.

To reduce the wastage, rejection and reprocessing and improve yield of products.

Proper planning to increase the productivity.

To ensure timely transfer of product from other locations.

To coordinate with all other departments like QC, PPIC, QA, Engineering, Warehouse and HR for smooth functioning and fulfillment of production targets.

To counsel, motivate subordinates and do PMS of subordinates and workmen.

To review, evaluate and approve documents in trackwise, SAP, EDMS and other related softwares for OSD.
