DMN - OFFICE ADMIN - KOLKATA
Qualification : Non Engineering Graduate – HM/ MBA/ B.com BSc/BA/PGDBA from recognized University
Experience : 5 – 10 years of experience from Good Corporates
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES: Teamwork, Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
AREAS OF EXPOSURE/ WORK BACKGROUND: Facility Management, Liaise with Government offices, Statutory compliance, IT support, MIS, presentation, VIP management, Car/hotel/ticket booking, day to day maintenance etc.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: He should be able to work independently and take care of all admin work viz. facility management, upkeep of office equipment, IT support, VIP movements, MIS, statutory compliance, time & attendance, discipline, joining formalities at office level and assist Area/Branch Manager in making of MIS/Business reports. He will also be responsible for employee engagement, CSR activities and festival celebrations at the office.
