In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive wing-to-wing global operations support for biopharma 4.0/5.0 Cytiva digital technologies, primarily OptiRun Connect(IoT) and other related technologies like OptiRun Assist(Beyond Trust-Remote Secure Access), Cytiva VR, Anipart(content management and distribution platform), Artificial Intelligence, Augmented/ Mix Reality and service workflow automation.
  • Responsibilities include leading the team that supports complete life cycle management support for the above digital technologies (installation, break-fix, upgrade, security patching, decommissioning).
  • Lead the team that supports Cytiva' s internal and external customers globally working in different time zones as per business needs (24x7 operations) as a part of PD initiatives.
  • Own user management, User training, technical and process documentation, project management and new product introduction support for Cytiva digital initiatives.
  • Lead remote monitoring and diagnosis operations for deployed customer base.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with digital, RnD, and product management teams to deliver business objectives through the team.
  • Drive daily management for digital technologies operational KPIs and bowlers, foster and practice DBS(Danaher Business System) culture to drive continuous improvement and growth.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 2+ years' experience leading technical teams supporting biopharma 4.0/5.0 technologies.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in advanced IT/Networking and firewall troubleshooting and remote connectivity.
  • Proficient business communication skills, experience with budget forecasting, leading kaizen to drive improvements.
  • Experience leading operational bowlers, new process implantation, and Process improvements and quality systems.
  • Sound understanding of digital technologies and their application in the service/Biotechnology industry
  • Working knowledge of service applications e.g service CRM (salesforce, ServiceMax), Product data management applications (Anipart, Magic), Jira, Veeva etc.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working knowledge of cloud (AwS/Azure) server management, security patch deployments and management.
  • Experience working in IT/OT networking, DevOps environment. Knowledge of dockers, and containers will be advantageous
  • DBS certification or practical experience with DBS tools
  • Global leadership and Shift management
