Role Overview


The Digital Marketing Manager at SAADAA will lead performance and retention marketing efforts to drive growth, optimize paid channels, and enhance customer retention strategies. This role involves developing and executing digital campaigns across various platforms, analyzing data, and improving the customer journey from acquisition to retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, performance metrics, and a strong ability to optimize campaigns to achieve measurable results.



WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?


  • Performance Marketing: Lead and optimize paid search, social media, display, and affiliate campaigns to drive traffic, sales, and ROI across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and others.
  • Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies, focusing on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximizing lifetime value (LTV).
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance-based results and scaling the customer base.
  • Retention Marketing: Design and execute strategies that nurture existing customers, ensuring repeat purchases and increasing the overall customer lifetime value (CLTV) through email marketing, push notifications, and loyalty programs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics and customer data to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics. Provide actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing across campaigns to determine the most effective strategies, creatives, and messaging to drive conversions and optimize the sales funnel.
  • SEO & Content Strategy: Collaborate with content and SEO teams to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with organic growth strategies, improving search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget across various channels, ensuring efficient spend and maximizing ROI.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, and data teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives. Regularly report on campaign performance, key metrics, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Focus on improving the overall customer experience, ensuring seamless interactions and building long-term relationships with customers across the entire digital journey.



WHO YOU ARE


  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in performance and retention marketing, preferably in the D2C, e-commerce, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Performance-Driven: Strong experience in performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, YouTube, Display Networks, and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Data-Driven: Expertise in tracking, analyzing, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Retention Marketing: Proven ability to design and execute retention marketing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Growth Mindset: A relentless focus on driving growth while optimizing ROI, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and lifetime value (LTV).
  • Campaign Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to think outside the box to create innovative and compelling marketing campaigns.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.), and CRM systems.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Adaptable: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, trends, and strategies in a dynamic digital marketing landscape.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, email marketing, and display ads.
  • Solid understanding of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and others.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar.
  • Strong portfolio or examples of successful performance and retention campaigns across digital channels.
