Essential Traits

• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, FB manager, Social Media Analytics
• Experience in Performance Marketing & handling large scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
• Industry exposure in running PPC, Affiliates and Display campaigns focusing on transactions.
• A knack for data-driven creative conceptualization and production.
• Business Acumen

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of different international markets (GCC, US, EU, UK, Africa & SEA) and evolve digital framework to meet them
• Evaluate and on board media partners / agencies in each market who can deliver on desired requirements
• Analyse competition’s footprint, audience interest trends & online behaviour to develop relevant digital strategies
• Determine areas of opportunity and present data-driven recommendations to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Set up and Execute effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to AdWords, Facebook Ads, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates, etc.
• Lead, monitor and optimise all digital campaigns end to end
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against planned targets.
  
  

Interactions:

• Work with brand team to seek / develop creatives, content for international campaigns
• Work with billing teams to ensure vendor pay-outs
• Frequent interactions with sales team to get feedback on lead quality and push for achieving desired closures on digital leads
• Work closely with Pre-Sales team to check performance of and feedback on Digital leads
  
  

Who are we looking for?

Education

• MBA in Marketing from a reputed B school
  
  

Experience

• 4 – 7 years in Digital marketing profile where candidate was managing campaigns end-to-end
• Someone who is currently working with a digital media firm or channel partner and who’s profile involves generation of NRI leads would be a good fit
