Key Responsibilities:

SEO & SEM:

Optimize website content and manage search engine marketing campaigns to improve visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

Social Media Management:

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms to grow followers and engagement.

Email Marketing:

Design and implement email campaigns to nurture leads, improve open rates, and increase conversions.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics.

Ad Campaigns:

Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).

Brand Building:

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure cohesive branding across all digital channels.

Competitor Analysis:

Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and refine marketing efforts.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and HR teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify new digital trends and incorporate them into the overall strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
