Responsibilities

Lead and manage the electrical engineering and design activities for the BOP and BTG

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems
  • Oversee the development of electrical specifications, drawings, and technical documents
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to review and approve electrical deliverables
  • Provide technical expertise during the procurement and installation of electrical equipment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations related to electrical systems
  • Conduct thorough testing, inspection, and commissioning of electrical components and systems
  • Identify and implement opportunities for improving electrical system performance and efficiency
  • Resolve any electrical engineering and design issues that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and coach electrical engineering team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Qualifications

Education Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline (preferred)

Experience

  • 25-30 years of experience in the thermal industry
  • Demonstrated track record of leadership in electrical engineering and project management
  • Experience in overseeing electrical aspects of BOP and BTG
  • Proven success in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
