Channel Factory is in search of an innovative and dedicated Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that powers our analytics and business intelligence initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will play a pivotal part in evolving our core data infrastructure.

Channel Factory is in search of an innovative and dedicated DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure as well as optimize systems and tools that power our teams. This is a high-impact role where you will play a pivotal part in evolving our core cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency, reliability, and performance across all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure efficient and reliable release processes using CI/CD pipelines
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues
• Implement initiatives to improve cloud infrastructure reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
• Comfortable designing, building, deploying, and operating cloud systems in AWS, as well as resolving critical issues in cloud environments
• Respond quickly to system incidents and maintenance needs
• Create and maintain documentation related to tooling and managing cloud infrastructure

Qualifications

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience in DevOps or managing cloud infrastructure
• Strong proficiency with Python
• In-depth experience with AWS (IAM, EC2, ECS, RDS, OpenSearch, S3)
• In-depth experience with Linux and containerization tools (Docker)
• Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines (GitLab)
• Experience with IaC and Terraform
• Experience with distributed systems at scale
