DESPATCH CO-ORDINATOR- ANDHERI EAST
Job Description
Knowledge of export documentation is mandatory.
Coordination for stock-related queries and for dispatch purposes.
Raise Invoices as related to dispatch.
Follow up with transporter for consignment status till it reaches.
Maintain minimum stock required for local dispatch as per marketing plan.
Physically check material against the dispatch list before dispatch.
Planning for dispatch in coordination with the department Head.
To ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatchers as they perform their duties.
Check orders received from the sales team.
Make a packing list of material to be dispatched.
Maintain FG material stock.
Update yourself for the process change or any other duties assigned by the management.
