Job Description And Requisites -

• 15-18 years of relevant experience ELV of same roles and responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of Building Management system (PLC & Controller), FAS, Security systems in terms of engineering and commissioning
• Co-ordinate with Project Managers to align Design & Commissioning activities
• Manage Engineering resources efficiently to optimize operation cost
• Monitoring Engineering cost VS Revenue to prevent under absorption
• Develop strategies: Develop execution strategies with the commissioning engineers, Design team to fulfil project requirement and for customer satisfaction
• Weekly review of Trackers to ensure timely completion of project requirement in terms of design and commissioning
• Publish performance reports as and when required by management
• Identify and drive team management activities
• Build positive and healthy relationships with customers, consultants for business growth
• Write reports and documentation to support internal and external escalations
• Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence
• Performance management and evaluation of expertise of team members
