In this role, you will be responsible for

Essential Functions

  • Continuously improve throughput and attain sustained delivery performance improvement.
  • Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.

  • Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
  • Strong execution skills, action-oriented attitude.
  • Resourceful in identifying ways to accomplish tasks with limited resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in ambiguous situations, providing solutions as needed.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and provide solutions based on the situations faced.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Monitor operations of the assigned tasks and suggest to deploy improvements
  • Identify useful data accumulated from multiple sources and take necessary actions
  • Foresee implications based on current data and trends
  • Be organized, apt and prompt in notifying the situation, problem solve and recur prevention
  • Serve as a liaison between the internal and external stakeholders keeping in mind the objectives, limits, conformance and information privacy
  • Train & direct associates for action and conformance of norms & practices
  • Conduct ops checklist based on SOP

A day in the life

Daily activities will include -

  • Shift planning
  • Manpower deployment
  • Monitoring key metrics
  • Maintain decorum and address associate barriers on floor

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
