Data Scientist (Hybrid, Bangalore)

About the role We are looking for a Data Scientist, who can independently develop, train and deploy ML models. This Incumbent should have a strong quantitative modeling skills and the ability to apply statistical/machine learning methods to complex business problems, some examples of ML models you will work for Auto replenishment for optimizing our procurements across 100s of warehouses. Recommendation of products for our Customers. Optimize the Pricing models. The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work closely with stakeholders and translate data-driven findings into actionable insights. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Requirements Bachelors/Masters degree in Data science, Statistics, Computer science, Applied mathematics or any quantitative discipline. 3+ years experience as a Data Scientist or a similar role in a Tech / Product company Experience in Python data science stack (such as numpy, pandas, scikit learn, xgboost, etc.) 3+ years of machine learning/statistical modeling data analysis tools and techniques, and parameters that affect their performance experience Advanced SQL and data analysis skills Experience in working with large-scale datasets Be able to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers,
