We are seeking a dedicated, hard-working, and diligent Data Analyst - US Backend Process for our back-office customer support team.

How can you make an impact?

As our new Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the item, pricing and territory structures for McGraw Hill. Based in our office in Noida, you will also be responsible for the solution, set-up and maintenance of item behaviours, territory structures, as well as advanced pricing modifiers to ensure customers receive accurate items and accurate pricing.

What you will be doing:

  • Analyse data and anticipate potential problems before they occur; review reports daily and correct any issues before the close of business to eliminate bad data.
  • Review reports for internal errors to ensure data integrity.
  • Run SQL queries or Business Intelligence reports established by the business and review and distribute the hold process.
  • Analyse our product attributes, behaviours, pricing, territory structures, and revenue codes to ensure the integrity of each product.
  • You will collaborate with higher-level business stakeholders to ensure data requests are completed and provide recommendations for alternative solutions based on business needs.

Important Prerequisites!

  • The candidate should be comfortable as this role requires working 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM IST during U.S. daylight savings time
  • Ideal candidates will reside within 25 km of the office location in Noida. If suitable candidates are not found within this range, we may consider those within 40 km as an exception
  • Cab facility for both pick up and drop off will be provided

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in Data Analysis with prior experience of working in IT/ITES/BPO industry for US/UK process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and query writing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to develop solutions through research and data-driven decision making
  • Good knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce would be highly advantageous
