Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Utilize MIS tools to gather, analyze, and present data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and develop solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review.
• Implement best practices in operations management to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on MIS tools and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and data analysis.
