What makes the role meaty?

• Maintaining and enhance reports/dashboards on Excel & Google Sheets; ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Supporting the Strategic Sourcing team with variance analysis, trend studies, and ad hoc deep-dives.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports/presentations summarizing KPIs and key performance metrics.
• Assisting in SAP-related activities including purchase liquidations, GRN/invoice tracking, reconciliations, and audits.
• Identifying automation opportunities and build scalable frameworks for reporting.
• Working closely with Sourcing, Production, Logistics, and Farm Ops to ensure data consistency and reliability.

We hope that you are...

• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Process Excellence.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI/Tableau a plus.
• Solid analytical & problem-solving skills; ability to spot process gaps and drive improvements.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills to share insights with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and confident working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Comfortable managing complex data and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sourcing, Production, Logistics, Finance).
• Adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple priorities.
