Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst (Data & Insights) with exceptional analytical and communication skills to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand key business challenges, define analytical objectives, and present data-driven recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python is essential, along with the ability to craft compelling, executive-level presentations. Experience in the automobile industry is an advantage, as the role involves working with industry-specific data challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define analytical objectives, and translate data into strategic insights.
• Analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, and Python to identify trends, uncover patterns, and generate meaningful business recommendations.
• Develop and deliver executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) that effectively communicate insights, ensuring clarity and impact for diverse audiences.
• Present findings and recommendations in a structured and compelling manner, catering to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights align with broader business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modelling.
• Experience creating professional, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint) that distill data into clear, impactful narratives.
• Expertise in SQL, with experience in querying, joins, and aggregations for data extraction and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data manipulation and automation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Experience in the automobile industry is preferred, offering valuable context for industry-specific data challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and interpret large datasets effectively.
