We’re Hiring – Counsellor (Work From Home)

Skillztri – India’s leading spoken English & job-readiness platform – is looking for passionate and dedicated Counsellors to join our growing team!

Position: Counsellor

Location: Work From Home

Languages: Marathi (Mandatory) + English

Experience: Minimum 6 months in Calling / Sales / Counselling

Salary: ₹10,000 Fixed + ₹5,000 Performance Bonus + Attractive Incentives

What You’ll Do:
  • Conduct counselling sessions via Google Meet/Zoom
  • Assist students in selecting the right course
  • Follow up with leads and help convert them to admissions
  • Handle enrolment queries and provide consistent support
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication in Marathi & English
  • Prior experience in Sales / Counselling / Telecalling
  • Comfortable with online tools like Zoom, Google Meet
  • Basic tech setup: Laptop, smartphone & stable internet
