Job Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel).
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI to present insights and track key performance metrics.
• Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools within Microsoft 365 to clean, manipulate, and interpret data for actionable insights.
• Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and ensure accurate data collection for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Perform data validation and cleansing to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis and present findings to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and develop strategies for data utilization across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols within Microsoft 365 environment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Strong data visualization skills, especially using Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and data management best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced Excel features (macros, pivot tables, data models).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure data solutions is a plus.
• Experience in data governance and compliance within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS company.
