What You’ll Do
Initial onboarding: You’ll spend the first 2–3 months in the office to learn the ropes, meet the team, and get ramped up
After that: Fully remote, work from wherever you thrive
Just one week per quarter: Join us in the office to sync, collaborate, and connect with the team for one week every quarter.

What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via live chat and email
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward quick resolutions
- Educate users on product features, upgrades, and best practices
- Share insights from conversations to help product and tech teams
- Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty
- Track personal performance and share weekly updates with the support lead
- Help us hit key support metrics: fast resolutions, high CSAT, customer retention and better product usage
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Problem-solving mindset and ownership-driven attitude
- Patience, empathy, and a true love for helping customers
- Ability to learn fast and explain complex things simply
- A hunger to grow in a fast-paced, SaaS environment
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
