About the Role:
Are you a people-person with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for helping customers? We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice of our company, assisting users via phone, email, and chat. You’ll troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and ensure every customer feels heard and valued. If you’re based in Goa or anywhere in India and love the idea of working remotely while making a difference for customers every day, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat. Deliver clear, empathetic communication to resolve questions and issues.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer-reported problems. Work closely with internal teams (technical and operations) to ensure timely resolution of product or service issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. Log issues in the support ticket system, and follow up to ensure closure and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Education: Guide users on how to use our services and features. Provide product information, tutorials, and tips to help customers maximize value.
- Feedback & Improvement: Gather customer feedback and pain points. Proactively share insights with the team to improve our product, FAQs, and support processes for a better customer experience.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication in English. (Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus for supporting diverse customers.)
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field. 0-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. Freshers with great communication skills are encouraged to apply!
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with online tools – able to navigate customer support software, CRM systems, and familiar with emailing and chat platforms. You should have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace for handling remote support calls.
- Soft Skills: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are a must. Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle difficult customers with professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the initiative to go the extra mile to help a customer.
- Availability: Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including occasional evenings or weekends if required. (We support global customers, so adaptability to different time zones is appreciated.)
