Job Summary: The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliveries and pickups. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a great communicator, and capable of handling time-sensitive logistics tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily dispatches for deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Track shipments in real-time and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched, pending, and completed orders.
• Monitor vehicle availability and maintenance schedules.
• Handle last-minute changes and reroute dispatches when necessary.
• Resolve delivery-related issues, complaints, and delays in a timely manner.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0-1 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatch/tracking software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
