Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional service and support to our clients and customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases as necessary.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Customer Feedback: Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay information to relevant teams.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Problem-Solving: Analyze customer concerns and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.

Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall customer service efficiency.

Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to service.
