Key Responsibilities:

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Problem-Solving: Analyze customer concerns and provide proactive solutions to improve their experience.

Performance Metrics: Achieve and maintain performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall customer service efficiency.
Training: Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory for freshers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
