As a Junior HR Recruiter, you will assist in various recruitment processes, helping to identify and attract top talent for our clients.

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various platforms and tools to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Application Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating a smooth interview process.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Recruitment Support: Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet client hiring needs.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and client stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide timely support.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
