Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) at Etech Global Services in Gandhinagar. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
Requirement:
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
